CSBI/DetectedX Hands-On Mammography Workshop – Registration Now Open

We are excited to announce a brand new collaboration with Detectedx to offer a virtual hands-on mammography workshop!
The CSBI virtual hands-on mammography workshop will be held on November 13th, 2024 at 6PM- 9PM Eastern, live online over Zoom. The event will be recorded for replay. In order to get the replay, you must be registered for the event.
The workshop will help you:
- Apply skills to perceive mammographic abnormalities
- Apply new skills to recognise the range of normal mammographic appearances
- Demonstrate an understanding of differential diagnoses in breast disease
- Select adjunctive imaging and biopsy as required to establish a diagnosis
- Interpret up to 220 digital screening mammogram cases
- Interpret of up to 30 DBT cases
- Interpret of up to 20 ultrasound cases
- Interpret of positioning quality of 10 mammogram examinations
- Obtain access to 250 mammographic reads for Canadian Association of Radiologists Mammography Accreditation Program (CARMAP), read on 5 MP monitors
- Learn ways to improve cancer detection and to reduce abnormal recalls.
You will also receive a full year of DetectedX self-assessment module(s) (SAM) access after the workshop.* (Not available to Trainees) *12 month DetectedX self-assessment module (SAM) access:
– 2 x 60 2D Screening Mammogram SAM
– 2 x 30 “easy” 2D Mammogram SAM
